Love living here. The property stays clean and up to date. The buildings are quiet and welcoming. Garage parking for the winter is a huge bonus. The city views sell themselves.

I would like to say over this past year it has gotten so much better and enjoyable to live here. The property manger, Misty, has always went above and beyond. If I ever have any issues she’s right on top of it. It’s a great place to live! So if you’re looking for somewhere that is nice and affordable definitely check this place out!

I just want to say my experience with the staff at Three Rivers have been excellent. I have enjoyed working with Misty and her staff. The community is really clean and you can tell that they care about the residence here. I recommend this place to anyone. Great downtown living at an affordable cost. Owner has really changed a lot from my first tour. I’m glad to call Three Rivers home.

HIDDEN GEM IN PLAIN SIGHT! While I cannot speak to each individual experience, the experience we/family experienced was a seamless process from application to full tenancy. Heavy is the head that ....Misty has quite the weight on her but she plays every role as needed. She is knowledgeable and attempts to make residents happy while still abiding by landlord policies. Lindsey is our girl, she is real, down to earth, very personable and helpful demeanor. She knows how to communicate and takes ownership to get the goal accomplished. While I witnessed the short staffing because I see them busting their butts in that office, I still received a prompt response to every little concern, email, text, and phone call. Cleaning service is on schedule every morning to keep the main areas up to par. New Management needs a chance to present their best foot forward. The decor looks good and welcoming. All requests are addressed. The willingness to work with you on price, special tile and carpet requests and appliances is amazing. I believe there is a true commitment and desire from management to create the best atmosphere for luxury apartment/condo style living.
